By accessing or using LeagueBeat (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
LeagueBeat is a social platform for fantasy football leagues. The App provides AI-generated content, league updates, and social features for fantasy sports enthusiasts. Certain features may change or be discontinued at any time.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you post to LeagueBeat (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/display), publish, display and distribute such content within the App and our services for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for your User Content and must have all rights necessary to grant this license.
LeagueBeat uses artificial intelligence to generate certain posts and features. AI content is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Sleeper Fantasy Football API). Your use of third-party data through our App is subject to the third party’s terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
Some features require a paid subscription. When you purchase a subscription through Apple’s App Store, payment processing, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Billing occurs in advance, and amounts paid are non-refundable except as required by law or App Store policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
We (and our licensors) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content (excluding User Content), including software, text, graphics, logos, and AI personas. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for any violation of these Terms or if your use may cause harm or liability. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US$50 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, in-app or by email). Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
